With a background in Culinary arts and hotel management, and many years working for the Ritz Carlton, we knew that Pedro Gomez was the perfect fit to run things in Miami. We’re all about professionalism, personality, and luxury service, and Pedro embodies all of these qualities and more! We asked Pedro for a glimpse into how he sees things from his perch down in South Beach:
CS: Pedro, What has changed since you started working for CorporateStays.com?
PG: The level of customer satisfaction and the quality of service offered to our guests has just been increasing year after year after year. We’ve worked really hard on this area and now, an average of 30% of our guests return to stay with us, which is extremely rewarding for our team!!!
CS: What is your favourite part of your work day?
PG: My mornings – when guests check out – are the best part of my day, as I get the opportunity to see lots of happy and satisfied faces after a relaxing vacation!!
CS: Why do you think CorporateStays.com has become a leader in the corporate housing world?
PG: As a fairly young company, among many others, CorporateStays.com has proven to really care about the costumer above all else. As well our luxury properties we also provide our guests with a sense of ‘being at home’ that no other company will ever be able to achieve. On top of that, we are a young and motivated team that is always willing to go that extra mile.
CS: What achievement are you most proud of so far?
PG: I would have to say our continuous learning in general and also the fact that we have really grown together, almost like a family!
CS: What do you love most about your job?
PG:The fact that we get to Interact with our guests. It’s a really personal connection, and it gives me such great job satisfaction.
CS: Tell us something people don’t know about you!
PG: I may look like a party animal but I’m actually a proud family guy!!!
